    • Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone.
    • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of.
    • Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture.
    • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines.
  • The interior fireplace is for display only. No open flame allowed inside the property.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on your booking channel.
  • Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
